- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 15 - 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Items in stock will be shipped within 3 - 5 days.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Methods:
- We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and expedited shipping.
- Shipping methods available for your order will be displayed at checkout, along with estimated delivery times and costs.
Domestic Shipping (within Jamaica):
- Orders shipped domestically within Jamaica typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment. Knutsford Express same day/ next day shipping will also be available.
- Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
International Shipping:
- We also offer international shipping to select countries outside Jamaica.
- International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing and other factors beyond our control.
- Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply to international orders, and customers are responsible for any such charges.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email or by logging into your Sista Studios account.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
- If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are sent to print production 1 hour after the order has been placed. At that time, we will be unable to cancel your order.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, changes may not be possible.

Deposit Requirement:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing a custom order. This deposit covers materials, design, and production costs associated with customizing your order.
Order Changes or Cancellations:
- Once a custom order has been placed and the deposit has been paid, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
- If you need to make any changes to your custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may be subject to additional fees or delays.
Approval Process:
- Before production begins on your custom order, we will provide you with design proofs or mock-ups for your review and approval.
- It is your responsibility to carefully review the design proofs and provide any necessary feedback or revisions within the specified timeframe.
- Once you have approved the design, production will commence, and changes may not be possible.
Quality Assurance:
- We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom products. However, if you receive your custom order and find any defects or discrepancies, please contact us within the same day of receiving your order for assistance.
No Returns:
