Shipping Policy
Personalized jewelry takes 3-4 weeks to complete and ship. Customers in Jamaica will receive their item(s) packaged and branded by us and delivered via Zipmail at an additional cost.
International customers will receive their item(s) unbranded but packaged nicely but with free delivery to given address.
Products that are readily available for purchase can be processed and shipped with 2 business day after payment has been made.
Refund Policy
At Dayveeyahs Designs, we only offer a refund of production has not begun. Once ordered, production will start almost immediately. Once orders have been placed, made and shipped, no refund will be given as these are customized items. We urge customers to spell-check all personalizations to limit errors.
If a customized jewelry was created in error by us ie, wrong metal colour, design or incorrectly spell, refund can be issued given that the customer rejects getting a new item made.
Jewelry that is not personalized can be exchanged if defective. Ie, a watch that won't change the date or a necklace clasp that won't close.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Exchange can only occur 24 hours after purchasing.
Only items not personalized can be exchanged with good reason.
If a customized item has been made in error on our end, a new product will be re-done and reshipped.
