Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Free shipping is available for orders within Port Antonio town.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Refund Policy
Berta's Cafe is committed to quality and 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price. If you are not satisfied with your order, the following requirements must be followed for returning merchandise:
- All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt.
- Any coffee and other products returned must be in its original packaging, and contain at least eighty percent of its original purchase weight.
- You are responsible for any shipping costs.
- Approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or change your order, we respectfully request at least 2 days notice. If you forget or cancel your order before or after the 2 days notice, your order will not be refunded.
No refunds of the 50% deposit fee.
